Information Collected: This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the CPM website, via email or phone with a CPM employee. The types of information collected are billing and personal that will be held private to not be shared with outside parties. The only exceptions to reveal private information is a valid subpoena or to perform services upon Client approval. We may also collect information from you regarding third parties in relation to you. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive for customer service and email updates that are not to be used for any other purpose or shared with outside parties. We never use personally identifiable information provided to us in ways not related to the ones described above without providing you an opportunity to opt-out.

Data Security Commitment: To prevent unauthorized access, ensure correct use of information, and maintain data accuracy we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect online and offline. All online credit card transactions are performed only on secure servers with an SSL connection. All billing information is deleted upon termination of the Client relationship.
